The Pretty Reckless Announce New Album & Tour

The Pretty Reckless, one of the leading current rock bands that add grunge to their sound, return with their first new album in five years and a headlining tour that has been built around their existing dates opening for AC/DC.  The album title, ‘Dear God’ is depicted in the artwork with Momsen sitting in a chair with her back to the camera as she looks at a cross on the wall. It’s unclear if the confessional theme of the artwork is facetious or legitimate until we hear the lyrics.  This will be their first album since ‘Death By Rock N’ Roll’ in 2021.

There’s a hint of what’s to come in the new single just released, “When I Wake Up” that’s available for streaming. The band’s second decade as a unit hasn’t been as productive as the first so this long overdue album due June 26th should quench the thirst of their fans to an extent.

The last time we heard from The Pretty Reckless at all, they were backing Taylor Momsen for a special Christmas E.P. released on Halloween of last year.  She was reliving her child-acting days when she was in the movie, ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ way back in 2000.

Below are the details for both the album and tours.
