Ozzy Osbourne was honored at the Grammys last night with a powerful tribute performance of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs,” featuring Post Malone on vocals, Andrew Watt, Slash and Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses on guitar and bass, and Chad Smith on drums.

Osbourne passed away last year, just a couple of weeks after a pay‑per‑view concert that brought together some of metal’s greatest musicians. It became his final performance and public appearance.

After his passing, many fans expressed gratitude that they were able to see him one last time before the metal world lost one of its defining figures. Ozzy wasn’t just a legendary vocalist—he was a beloved personality whose resilience carried him through decades of highs and lows.

The Osbourne family—Sharon, Kelly, and Jack—were in the audience, visibly emotional. Seeing them without Ozzy was jarring for many viewers, especially those who felt connected to the family through their reality series The Osbournes. Whether or not one watched the show, it was impossible not to feel for the grieving family.

Ozzy’s legacy is secure. His voice, his spirit, and his influence will continue to resonate in the hearts and minds of fans for generations.
