Hole Issue New Vinyl Albums Including a 35th Anniversary of ‘Pretty On the Inside’

Hole had been doing some social media teasing about a new release following rumors that the band was possibly coming back together.  While singer Courtney Love and bassist Melissa Auf der Mer denied those rumors, there is great news for Hole fans.  Their first three albums will be reissued on vinyl. 

‘Pretty On the Inside’ will be getting a zoetrope vinyl with new gatefold sleeve artwork, a newly-remastered 12-inch vinyl single of “Teenage Whore” with two B-sides, and a lithograph. 

‘Live Through This’ will also get a zoetrope vinyl using music video stills as the artwork, and a vinyl-sized booklet.

‘Celebrity Skin’ will get a zoetrope vinyl featuring music video stills as the artwork.

All three are considered Hole’s prime albums, with many of their best songs contained within.  While it’s no box set with new information, it has nothing remastered except for the single and there’s no unreleased material, at least there are signs that Hole is somewhat active again with these releases.
