Celebrating Our One Year Anniversary

Well, it’s been a year of The Rock Lair. (These things always start off with a ‘well’.) I hope we’ve brought you rock music coverage you’ve been looking for. It’s been a pleasure sharing and hearing back from music fans. Sometimes we need to share what we love best so we feel a part of society, a part of life. It may seem trivial, it may seem like we’re passing the time or escaping an assignment, but reading and writing about what you love and then comparing notes is a healthy thing for the mind even if we don’t notice it.

You’ve probably noticed most of the articles are positive and focused on the music more than on general negativity and that’s because there’s plenty of negativity elsewhere anyway, here, we’re just enjoying the music and the artists that bring it. The articles track the news but also try to lightly assess why we’re attracted to certain acts. We’re trying to provide a fresh perspective to much of the music we cover. We've had a great year reading the feedback from everyone. Let's let life allow us more fun in the future.
